The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) is the UK Regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners, including hypnotherapy practitioners. The CNHC was set up with government funding and support. Its key function is to enhance public protection by giving the general public and commissioners of services access to a list of healthcare practitioners who have been assessed as meeting national standards of competence and practice. The CNHC currently registers practitioners from fourteen healthcare disciplines, with more to follow. For more information about the CNHC please visit www.cnhc.org.uk Alternatively, please E-Mail email@example.com or telephone 020 3178 2199.
The CNHC has agreed that The Society of Stress Managers, trading as The Society of Stress Therapists, may verify hypnotherapy applications for CNHC Registration and The Society encourages hypnotherapists to register in order to gain the CNHC Registration quality mark.
